The cost for the conference is 250 € per participant.
The conference fees include lunch and dinner, drinks in the conference rooms, coffee breaks and snacks.
Please transfer the conference fees upon receipt of the invoice, which we will send you shortly before the event.

You have the option to stay overnight in the guest house of the conference center. A single room incl. breakfast (currently) costs 90 – 95 € per night.
We were not able to reserve a contingent of single rooms this year for the event. There are a few rooms left which you can book directly online at aufdemheiligenberg.de/gaestehaus.html.

Please remember to book a hotel room on time.
The conference center can be reached via bus line 643 within 20 minutes. The bus leaves every 20 minutes from the main train station in Wuppertal Elberfeld and stops directly at the conference center.
If you are travelling by car, free parking is available at the venue. Due to other events taking place at the same time, there may not be enough parking spaces available on site — alternatively, you can park free of charge at the Bismarckturm car park (5 minute walk from the conference center).
If you are up for a little hike you can also walk to the conference venue through the Hardt park.
