Development of a materials technology kit with its specific manufacturing technology

The project aims to research a technology kit and an associated manufacturing process for the economical manufacture of industrial knives with a focus on the food industry. Technologically, the innovation relies on the resource-efficient incremental flow-forming process in combination with a new material technology for martensitic stainless steels.

The technology kit with a system of characteristic values ​​for the product properties is primarily intended to show cost-efficient production methods.
