JAHM Database

Comprehensive Material Properties for Engineering Applications

About JAHM Database

This software is especially useful for finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The database can be searched for materials with properties within a user specified range and temperature. Users can add their own materials to the database which is saved locally to their computer. The JAHM Material Properties Database (MPDB) provides comprehensive temperature-dependent material property data essential for accurate engineering simulations and design. With direct integration capabilities for leading CAD and FEA software, it streamlines the material selection and analysis process for engineers and researchers.

Ideal for FEA and CFD Analysis

Applications

The JAHM Database is particularly valuable for finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applications. The data can be written out in formats for direct input into the SOLIDWORKS and Abaqus finite element and CAD programs. Data can also be written as tabulated data, an Excel equation, a C/C++, FORTRAN, C# or Python function or subroutine. Versions are available for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X, with the license including access to all three versions. The demo version includes full free access to all of the properties in the database for the elements on the periodic table.
